By enrolling in our courses, accessing our content, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To enroll in courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive lifetime access to the purchased course materials, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses with reasonable notice. Any substantial changes to course content will be communicated to enrolled students.
Your account is personal to you. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access courses through your account. Any detected account sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. We will always honor the price at which you enrolled in a course. Promotional pricing may have specific terms and expiration dates.
We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.
Prices exclude applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations. In summary, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our contact page.
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, images, code, assignments, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Aging News or our content providers. These materials are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our content without express written permission.
You retain ownership of original work you create as part of course assignments. However, by submitting work to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational and promotional purposes, including showcasing student projects with attribution.

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your courses, account activity, updates, and promotional information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by following unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
You cannot opt out of service-related communications, which include important updates about your account, courses, or changes to our policies.
All communications from Aging News comply with applicable Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL) and advertising regulations. We are committed to responsible communication practices.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career advancement, or employment opportunities as a result of completing our courses.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of course content. Technology changes rapidly, and while we work to keep content current, some information may become outdated.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aging News, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Course access will cease upon account closure, subject to any applicable refund policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be provided.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
