1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment date.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 14 days of enrollment
  • Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  • Not have completed more than 30% of the course content
  • Not have downloaded or accessed all course materials
  • Not have violated our Terms and Conditions

  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request

We will process your request within 5 business days.

2. Refund Processing

2.1 Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

2.2 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This might apply if you've completed a significant portion of the course or if there are extenuating circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless stated otherwise)
  • Gift card purchases
  • Courses where you've completed more than 30% of content
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days

4. Course Bundles and Subscriptions

4.1 Course Bundles

If you purchase a course bundle and wish to request a refund, the entire bundle must be returned. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.

4.2 Subscription Services

For subscription-based access, refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. After this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for previous billing periods will not be provided.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties preventing course access, please contact our support team first. We will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, we may grant a refund regardless of the 14-day window.

5.2 Medical or Personal Emergencies

We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. If you experience a medical emergency or personal hardship, please contact us. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may extend our refund policy or offer alternative solutions such as account freezing.

6. Denied Refund Requests

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • The request is made after the 14-day period
  • You've completed substantial portions of the course
  • Your account has been terminated for Terms violations
  • There is evidence of fraud or abuse

If your refund request is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reason.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks should only be used in cases of unauthorized transactions. Initiating a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through proper channels may result in account suspension.

8. Course Updates and Changes

If we make significant changes to a course you've enrolled in, you will be notified. If these changes substantially alter the course from what was advertised at the time of purchase, you may request a refund regardless of when you enrolled.

9. No Refund After Certificate Issuance

Once you've completed a course and received a certificate of completion, that course is no longer eligible for refund.
